\"\u53ef\u6301\u7eed\u6027\u53d1\u5c55\"\u4e0d\u4ec5\u662f\u4e00\u4e2a\u6d41\u884c\u8bcd\uff0c\u800c\u662f\u878d\u5165\u6211\u4eec\u6838\u5fc3\u4e1a\u52a1\u7684\u6307\u5bfc\u539f\u5219\u3002 \u6211\u4eec\u76f8\u4fe1\uff0c\u4e00\u4e2a\u84ec\u52c3\u53d1\u5c55\u7684\u516c\u53f8\u6709\u80fd\u529b\u4e5f\u5e94\u8be5\u4e0e\u4e00\u4e2a\u7e41\u8363\u7684\u5730\u7403\u548c\u8c10\u5171\u5b58\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>BioLogiQ \u7684\u6838\u5fc3\u4ef7\u503c\u5c31\u662f\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u77e5\u9053\u4eca\u5929\u7684\u9009\u62e9\u4f1a\u5f71\u54cd\u660e\u5929\u7684\u4e16\u754c\u3002 \u8fd9\u5c31\u662f\u6211\u4eec\u52aa\u529b\u4e3a\u5851\u6599\u884c\u4e1a\u8bbe\u5b9a\u65b0\u6807\u51c6\u7684\u539f\u56e0\u3002 \u6211\u4eec\u7684\u5949\u732e\u7cbe\u795e\u4e0d\u4ec5\u4f53\u73b0\u4e86\u6211\u4eec\u7684\u4ef7\u503c\u89c2\uff0c\u4e5f\u662f\u5bf9\u6211\u4eec\u7684\u5ba2\u6237\u3001\u5458\u5de5\u548c\u5168\u7403\u793e\u4f1a\u7684\u627f\u8bfa\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u8bf7\u52a0\u5165\u6211\u4eec\uff0c\u4e0d\u65ad\u521b\u65b0\uff0c\u643a\u624b\u5408\u4f5c\uff0c\u53d6\u5f97\u6210\u529f\uff0c\u6539\u8fdb\u5f53\u4eca\u7684\u5851\u6599\u884c\u4e1a\uff0c\u521b\u9020\u66f4\u7f8e\u597d\u7684\u660e\u5929\u3002 \u65e0\u8bba\u662f\u4e00\u5927\u6b65\u8fd8\u662f\u4e00\u5c0f\u6b65\uff0c\u51cf\u5c11\u5851\u6599\u8fc7\u7a0b\u4e2d\uff0c\u6bcf  1% \u7684\u591a\u529f\u80fd\u6027\u610f\u5473\u7740\u5b83\u53ef\u4ee5\u4e0e\u591a\u79cd\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u5851\u6599\u6811\u8102\u590d\u5408\uff0c\u4e3a\u9020\u7c92\u5382\u548c\u52a0\u5de5\u5546\u63d0\u4f9b\u663e\u7740\u7684\u7075\u6d3b\u6027\uff0c\u4ee5\u63a8\u52a8\u53ef\u6301\u7eed\u53d1\u5c55\u3002 <br><br>\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u5728\u6d88\u8d39\u540e\u56de\u6536\u5851\u6599\u4e2d\u6dfb\u52a0 NuPlastiQ No significant differences expected in the recycling process itself (e.g. water and energy for washing, energy for pelletizing, etc.);<\/li>\n<li><strong>Landfill and environmental leakage scenarios<\/strong> share a common factor regarding resin related GHG differentiation; Biodegradation.\n<ul>\n<li>LDPE (similarly to other polyethylene families, polypropylene or polystyrene) is known to biodegrade very slowly even under ideal conditions, with negligible emissions in the first 100 years (GWP100). LDPE, therefore, is not expected to \u201cgrow\u201d its GWP100 footprint in landfills or when leaked to the environment.<\/li>\n<li>NuPlastiQ blended with LDPE will have its carbon footprint affected by the biodegradation conditions:\n<ul>\n<li>If the condition is not prone to biodegradation (e.g. paper not biodegrading in a given landfill), the blend will keep its carbon atoms and the GHG profile will be unaffected;<\/li>\n<li>If the condition is prone to biodegradation, such as defined in an ASTM D5338 setting, the entire blend (NuPlastiQ and LDPE) could biodegrade. In this case, <strong>NuPlastiQ blended with LDPE would have a disadvantaged GHG profile if compared to pure LDPE<\/strong>. But it would also have performed an additional function (e.g. mitigation of environmental leakage), rendering the GHG comparison less relevant due to comparing systems with different functions;<\/li>\n<li>A \u201cpartial\u201d scenario has been added limiting biodegradation to only the NuPlastiQ portion of the blend (LDPE in blend would not biodegrade). While BioLogiQ hasn\u2019t seen experimental evidence to support such scenario, it has been included for curiosity purposes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4 class=\"mt-40 mb-40\"><strong>VI. Carbon atoms from the different blends remain in the respective backbones. No significant differences expected in the recycling process itself (e.g. water and energy for washing, energy for pelletizing, etc.);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Landfill and environmental leakage scenarios<\/strong> share a common factor regarding resin related GHG differentiation; Biodegradation.\n<ul>\n<li>LDPE (similarly to other polyethylene families, polypropylene or polystyrene) is known to biodegrade very slowly even under ideal conditions, with negligible emissions in the first 100 years (GWP100). LDPE, therefore, is not expected to &#8220;grow&#8221; its GWP100 footprint in landfills or when leaked to the environment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>NuPlastiQ blended with LDPE will have its carbon footprint affected by the biodegradation conditions:\n<ul>\n<li>If the condition is not prone to biodegradation (e.g. paper not biodegrading in a given landfill), the blend will keep its carbon atoms and the GHG profile will be unaffected;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If the condition is prone to biodegradation, such as defined in an ASTM D5338 setting, the entire blend (NuPlastiQ and LDPE) could biodegrade. In this case, <strong>NuPlastiQ blended with LDPE would have a disadvantaged GHG profile if compared to pure LDPE<\/strong>. But it would also have performed an additional function (e.g. mitigation of environmental leakage), rendering the GHG comparison less relevant due to comparing systems with different functions;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A &#8220;partial&#8221; scenario has been added limiting biodegradation to only the NuPlastiQ portion of the blend (LDPE in blend would not biodegrade). While BioLogiQ hasn&#8217;t seen experimental evidence to support such scenario, it has been included for curiosity purposes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading mt-40 mb-40\"><strong>VI. Summary<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"pl-0\">\n<li>NuPlastiQ<sup>&nbsp;<\/sup> offers <strong>significant cradle-to-gate GHG benefits when blended with fossil-based resins<\/strong>;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>NuPlastiQ <strong>maintains its GHG advantage in controlled end-of-life scenarios<\/strong>, such as incineration, recycling and landfills with methane capture;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>NuPlastiQ and LDPE (or other polyolefin) BioBlends will have a <strong>disadvantaged GHG profile (compared to pure polyolefin) if biodegradation occurs in uncontrolled environments<\/strong> such as the soil or ocean. But a disadvantaged GHG profile is expected when looking at a biodegradable product against one that isn&#8217;t biodegradable. At this point, a fair comparison would look at the blend in question compared to other viable technologies to mitigate environmental leakage and
